Mr. Tweedy has represented adoptive parents in all types of adoptions, including step-parent adoptions, adult adoptions, private adoptions (including those requiring ICPC clearance crossing state lines) as well as those resulting from involvement with the Missouri Children's Division of the Department of Social Services.
